I discovered Gary Vaynerchuk well known for telling people they need to hustle is an advocate for ensuring you get enough sleep. I came across one of his podcast episodes where he interviewed Arianna Huffington creator of the Huffington post sharing her story about how had a wake up call when she collapsed when she was burnt out and sleep deprived. She is the author of the Sleep revolution.
As I listened to her story I realised that this is the story of so many entrepreneurs – people trying to make it in the business world and who just take on too much as they strive for success.
